Good protein, easy to season, takes two brain cells to scramble, just wish the timing wasn't so finicky

Who first came up with this concept? Were they aware the egg was such a wonderful source of nutrients? A large egg contains Vitamins B12, B2, A and B5, 77 calories and 6 to 7g of quality protein. Quail eggs have ~14 calories per egg and 1g of quality protein, and duck eggs have drastically higher levels of Iron and Selenium. Excellent powerfood. Deserves no less than a full 5-star rating.
probably the most versatile food. very good and good for you! half a star docked because french people are insane.
extremely good for nutrition but sososo difficult to eat because the flavor is so overpowering :( thank you eggs regardless
half of a bird's child that is also very tasty! don't stop and ask if it's alive first or you'll be arguing about dolphins in early development
top tier grocery. used in baking, cooking and are even excellent by themselves. great source of protein as well
took a while for me to crack but now that i have i love them! work far better in this setting compared to baskets
