YouTube

I made an initial version of this site where YouTube videos could be logged; I could re-integrate this pretty easily. It'd obviously be kind of cool, but might also be overkill. I'm of two minds. Sound off in the comments.

You have to really know what you're doing with this one

Way too many videos, if you weren't following it closely from the start it feels pretty much impossible to catch up by this point

Badass

Has Banana Channel on it

better in the [past :(

They got new videos on there almost everyday I think

Ruined by greed, like many good things.

I like it... it was ruined by Google (much like anything a big company touches) with consecutive unskipable ads and horrible unecessary UI updates, but there just simply isn't any other video sharing platform that works as well as Youtube does.

my tube :)

I waste too much time watching this crap

fell off

truly a sandbox. don't fall down any pipelines.

When it was one among other options for entertaining internet video content, I’d have given it a 4.5

Baby's first lick of the internet. Im thankful.

Overall gotten better in the post-video-essay-summarizing-piece-of-media era but once you realize that quite literally everyone is trying to sell you something it loses some of its allure

Changed everything but at what cost

I LOOOOOOOOOVE YOUTUBE VIDEOS

Did i learn anything? Maybe. Did it helps me with my work? Maybe. Did i like it? Maybe.

They got rid of miniplayer on mobile now I can't check discord without stopping my video. Fuck 'em

I WATCH THIS ALL THE TIME!!

the goat, but shorts...

Anyone can buy a camera (not derogatory)

used to be way better. fell off pretty hard

A lumbering titan of the internet, its form now completely unlike what it once was. A shambling chronicle of corporate enshittification.

Lovely. I like to watch FuturisticHub sec in minecraft video.

i grew up on it so i can’t be too negative but it has degraded in quality over the years
