Brussels sprout

they suck and smell like farts,,,,, they do taste good if roasted within an inch of their life and charred with bacon and a spicy sauce, but at that point its basically just a vehicle for the animal fat and sauce, which begs the question..... do any vegetables taste good without sauce? Brussels really are F tier.

One of God's few misdeeds

Even with the recent cross-breeding to improve their flavor, they still retain a few bitter notes. Still, they don't affect the flavor all too negatively, and it can be fun to chew through the layers; my main issue is how big and clunky they are for something that ostensibly serves as a side. They're like small rocks on your plate.
