ZomgEven with the recent cross-breeding to improve their flavor, they still retain a few bitter notes. Still, they don't affect the flavor all too negatively, and it can be fun to chew through the layers; my main issue is how big and clunky they are for something that ostensibly serves as a side. They're like small rocks on your plate.
