Pesto

Truly wonderful. I've recently gone vegan and I've found that vegan pestos taste even fresher and somehow have an even more aggressively green hue. I adore Trader Joe's kale cashew pesto.

really good if homemade. otherwise it's a crapshoot

A great thing, but it goes bad too fast unless you have your fridge on super cold. Sold in jars just about the right size, but for me, personally, I have to have a really pesto heavy week and a half if I'm gonna clear it out before it goes on me.
