yum toasted with butter and honey but very difficult to make at home :(

Wonderful and tasty bread when baked right. Easy to get wrong and make too sour though!

Not good enough to enjoy on it's own, too flavorful for sandwich use

Would be 5 stars if it didn’t mold so quickly. probably user error bc i’m so used to extremely processed bread not going bad for Weeks. perfect sandwich bread
