love keeping up w friends but the fomo i get on this app makes me want to [redacted] /neg. once again deactivated it until i can handle my emotions better and touch grass. but i do enjoy being tagged in photo dumps and being included in close friends circles and being sent memes/reels that remind ppl of me. v validating for my friendships. otherwise, i hate the app & also how invasive and time sucking it is. thanks for coming to my vent session. xx

when i start watching reels i delete the app again so normally i don't have this on my phone. i like posting and i like seeing my friends posts but 1 star because i don't think big instagram agrees with me about the proper uses of the app seeing as how i see so little of my friends posts and i know they want me addicted
