unfortunately there was a situation but because of that situation i did learn that im fine with polyamory. sometimes its nice but of course its complicated like all other relationships and maybe more complicated. just like lying is bad but not polyamory polyamory is cool

11/4/2026sometimes his lyrics are a little misogynistic i think but every other part is really good so.

11/4/2026need this in my life
11/4/2026unfortunately in my experience not even good when reciprocated. like fun in the moment and also uncontrollable until you crash and burn :p now i am afraid of relationships so that part sucks
11/4/2026best tea. also best smell
11/4/2026when i start watching reels i delete the app again so normally i don't have this on my phone. i like posting and i like seeing my friends posts but 1 star because i don't think big instagram agrees with me about the proper uses of the app seeing as how i see so little of my friends posts and i know they want me addicted
11/4/2026to me community is the thing that makes this life joyful and which makes life goals worth creating and reaching. to have friends around you at the end of the day and to be around friends at the end of the day. hard to build it anew but worth it probably. i feel like a phoenix
11/4/2026i just finished my homework and i got to write about ion channels eeeeeeeeee
11/4/2026 · 1 commentthe only thing certain in this life is that everything will change
11/4/2026just a cool concept i like that jazz inherently doesn't really fuck with copyright
11/4/2026i read this book in elementary school and i still think it fucks. would be cool if we paid teachers better and trusted them to do the jobs that they were hired to do that they signed up for and treated them well
11/4/2026just like the best singer of all time and a very funny lady who helped define a genre and a style of singing. no biggie. i like listening to her air mail special it makes me laugh. my favorite is how long has this been going on (w/ oscar peterson or live at the chautauqua) or angel eyes. ps. her music often sounds like stars to me
11/4/2026i really like solo monk. I'm Confessin' in the Invite was a crazy needle drop for me
11/4/2026i just love her and i think people were terrible to her and still are and shes a person who is flawed and wears those flaws on the outside and maybe thats a bit beautiful. i don't think she killed kurt i think that she was a messy addict dating another messy addict and that period of her life that defines her for many people was a really long time ago. idk this lady maybe shes horrid to service workers or something but her art is meaningful to me and the only arguments ive ever heard against her are either obviously false or just like shes a messy woman that did drugs and was kinda slutty. okay?
11/4/2026important person to my concept of art and performance
11/4/2026just incredible. this must be the place <3
11/4/2026(speaking of drug decriminalization not legalization of all drugs) no one should go to prison for doing drugs or running into issues with addiction. life is hard. when portugal decriminalized drugs and redirected funds toward rehabilitation they went from a country with the highest opioid overdose rate to a country with the second lowest overdose rate in like 20 years. it would be cool if our governments would enact policy that is in line with what research shows actually helps people
11/4/2026fucks heavy. repeal the 13th amendment. a system which focuses on punishment cannot efficiently incentivize rehabilitation. what are we here for if not to try to make life better for one another
11/4/2026i like dressing up so i have that at least
11/4/2026been working on this one for a long time and i really don't think it ends so. thats weird. takes a level of separation from ego that i don't think remains static but what do i know. at least i can see the world more clearly
11/4/2026was this not just called bullying before like 2020
11/4/2026it does make me feel more like myself to separate from the gendered label. wish older people at work who care about being respectful didn't look at me with horror when they have to say my pronoun and then default to my name but it is also a little funny
11/4/2026i wish i had more of this going on
11/4/2026i really enjoy sometimes even when it is really hard to understand. sometimes things just make more sense in the language of math. i wish it was taught better </3
11/4/2026will never forget that he briefly worked with trisha paytas
11/4/2026when people say afab as a way to misgender nonbinary people is that also transmisogyny or is that a different thing. either way terrible situations all around cut it out </3
11/4/2026cool and incredible thought provoking vulnerable music that makes me feel embodied and gorgeous
11/4/2026i almost moved here
11/4/2026i bought tomodachi life so that i could make him and aliester crowley do cocaine together
11/4/2026one time i gave someone all about love to read and they read like maybe 10 pages of the book and left an annotation on the first page critiquing how she lost her relatability to audiences in lower economic classes after she gained popularity and money and like ... maybe yeah? but that persons dad is a ceo and they read 10 pages of the book so fuck that situation. i love this lady i think that book is awesome she has great stuff to say highly recommend and will be reading the will to change next
11/4/2026mixed feelings but overall positive
11/4/2026like have you never heard of the concept of empathy before?
11/4/2026stupid idiot disorder that makes reading and listening and remembering and taking care of myself hard but i do like the effect it has on my personality
11/4/2026a little bit too needy but very cute
11/4/2026this one is the most embarrassing to not understand because i have heard it mentioned so many times but no one every formally taught it to me ... what im supposed to teach myself statistical quantum mechanics ???? it is really cool though so i do give it five stars i would just like to be able to understand the math part
11/4/2026i DO understand how a plasma membrane works so maybe im almost there ...
11/4/2026is it really a problem that i "only took up to calc ii" im gonna throw up
11/4/2026heard this word for the first time today and apparently its a very basic physics concept. dont piss me off
11/4/2026it should be simple because its just like this thing exists and it moves but anytime they start applying it to my work i get confused
11/4/2026best thing ever. i love my cat i would not survive i didn't have my beautiful needy stupid cat
11/4/2026probably i know the least about how this drug works which is sad because i did actually work with it in the lab before but to the best of my understanding it does a bunch of shit with dopamine and serotonin and other neurotransmitters and we don't know what part of that shit is important and what part of that shit we havent discovered yet but i guess the parts we have discovered already we don't know like ... why its relevant. idk. did you know theres no known pharmacologicaly treatment for stimulant abuse other than like ... different stimulants? also this drug is used for optical surgeries because its a local anesthetic. cool! that gets it an extra star i think. recreationally? i have never done it but i have only heard bad things
11/4/2026i would like more of these guys
11/4/2026its hard to think of him as a real person and not the onceler
11/4/2026i fear i would be susceptible unfortunately some of them seem cool at first and im a little woo woo
11/4/2026coolest drug everrrrrrrr. in case you don't know this drug binds to the opioid receptor and blocks activity so it reverses opioid overdoses. has saved so many lives and coolest part is its not dangerous if you give it to someone and you don't know if they're overdosing from opioids or another drug (it probably won't help them if they didn't take opioids though). very important for people to know that if someone is overdosing and you give them narcan you still need to take them to a hospital because the drug only lasts like 30 mins or something and then after that the person can start overdosing again because the opioids are still in their bloodstream!! also if you give someone 1 narcan and it doesn't work you might need to give them 2!!
11/4/2026it works as an opioid that binds to your receptor but doesn't do the same downstream signaling to make you high. so it makes you go into much less of a withdrawal (supposedly) which is awesome because opioid withdrawal can be extremely painful both emotionally and physically. when you withdraw from a drug it just has the opposite effect as if you took the drug so imagine the opposite of euphoria i guess. as someone who has never used methadone but has known a handful of people who have i have mixed feelings. very cool and extremely important that we have a drug that can make the opioid withdrawals less terrible and we can make recovery easier <3. on the other hand fuck a methadone clinic that doesn't help people wean off of the drug and takes advantage of their client base which already has a complex relationship with the healthcare system. not taking stars off of methadone for that because its methadones fault fr. but we need to support our folks in addiction and recovery <3
11/4/2026on one hand, and i love smoking </33333 when i start smoking again life gets bad but i wish it did not. on the other hand, if i had not developed a relationship with miss nicotine i may not have found my deep and immense love of science and research so . whatever life is weird. at least when i crash out i look cool doing it
11/4/2026as a drug to do i rate this one like a 3 but as a drug to learn about i rate this one like one million its so interesting dude. super tiny and super promiscuous it binds to everything!!!!! i always want to add it to my experiments to see how it fucks up the proteins. and the reason why you can time other drugs out differently than you time out alcohol (for ex. weed will make you high for like 2 hours if you smoke it and you have a tolerance / mileage may vary) is because we have one enzyme in the body (aldehyde dehydrogenase) which slows down the metabolism of alcohol significantly because we don't have very much of it and THAT is why alcohol is essentially 0 order kinetics for metabolism in the body and we process like one standard drink / hour instead of it being like no matter how much of this drug you took all of it will be metabolized within this time period (that is how like any other drug I can think of works). i have been to some seminars last year where they were fear mongering me extremely (but i do think that this is true) and i have been told that any amount of alcohol contributes to your cancer risk. do i still drink? well i am an american after all!
11/4/2026i am very afraid of recreational use of this drug (whippets) for personal reasons and because the reason you get high is literally due to you starving your brain of oxygen. diva ... there are better ways to enjoy your time!
11/4/2026also known as antabuse i think this one is interesting because it highlights the difficultly of creating medicines to treat addiction. it makes you really sick basically if you drink alcohol but it isn't a very good medication -- not because it doesn't work from a pharmacology pov but because you have to take it everyday and if you want to get drunk of course you're not going to take the drug that makes you feel really bad. even more interesting because methadone (which works very differently but still you won't be able to get high) DOES work to help people not take opioids and a lot of people take it
11/4/2026 · 1 commenti like this one because it binds to Piezo1 which is normally only activated (at least so far as we know i guess) by the membrane moving but this guy binds to a different place and just makes the channel open anyways. you go yoda1
11/4/2026efficient drug! most potent toxin known to man and also makes your face look younger and also can get rid of migranes! probably also other cool medical uses i don't know about! shes so cool!!!!
11/4/2026i used APP+ which is almost this drug to make my cells light up bc its fluorescent (so is this one) but the way i first learned about this drug was that my boss told me someone in a lab took this because it binds to your dopamine / serotonin / norepinephrine transporters so they thought they would get high but actually they gave themselves like basically the drug version of parkinsons and died :( i know thats not funny at all but i do think it is a little bit funny but sorry to that graduate student </3
11/4/2026i have complicated personal feelings about her but the cannabinoid receptor is fascinating and understudied and weed is one of the safest drugs if not the safest drug <333 did you know that your cannabinoid receptors are on the pre-synaptic cell meaning that they function as like regulatory receptors ????? like normally when receptors are in that placement it is to pick up extra compound that was doing too much and the cell didn't need all of that so what are those guys doing there!
11/4/2026one time i was told that the reason it binds so long is because the binding pocket has like a lid that covers it and then the acid is trapped and i don't know if that is true but i do think its really cool
11/4/2026harm reduction is so important! watch out for serotonin syndrome! dont take if you are on ssris! however imo one of the coolest drugs because we still don't fully understand the mechanism. acts as a stimulant and a hallucinogen because it binds to 5HT2A serotonin receptor (also other serotonin receptors) and also has a similar mechanism to amphetamines (im definitely about to explain this wrong) where it like POPS the little containers in the cell open that hold dopamine (also other neurotransmitters i think) and releases them so that a bunch of them bind. but has less active compounds than other amphetamines that break down so it doesn't make you high for like 24-72 hours!! nice! it definitely also does other weird shit in your brain after reading the wikipedia article to make sure i wasn't too too wrong
11/4/2026wish i could expose my midriff more often (i do it a lot already)
11/4/2026i hope that his parents are really nice to him
