One time I had a sore throat and eventually I couldn't swallow water and I went to A and E and the doctor said it was the worst he had ever seen in his career.

I have one right now and I don't love it

highly advised against especially if you have a selective eating disorder. and if you have both of these and live under a south east asian household you might as well be dead
