Self-hatred

I hate it, but do you know what I hate more?

not a healthy way to think

it excuses all the bad things I do to people I care about 👍

just unnecessary & useless. a waste of time space & energy

a great motivator for finding ones cohesive aesthetic. if you dont hate your bad self youll stay that bad self. then again you could always be the good self and that hatred would be misguided. then again i dont believe in a good or a bad self. whats most beautiful about it is that while youre in the mindset of self-hatred you know it to be a wildly unsustainable practice. it's also always ego-pleasing to play the tragic character.
