therealmaddieacidwatching this movie at 15 absolutely changed me as a person and molded me to enjoy so many of the things I enjoy today, I think I've seen this movie about eight times now ? I own the Enid and Rebecca cloth dolls, the comic, the dvd, many custom made pins and keychains of Seymour, and the soundtrack on vinyl. I relate to Enid on such a deep level that it's actually just insane, I'm 19 now so about one year older than Enid is in the movie and I still feel her so deeply. I don't know if I'll ever be able to grapple growing up and making good decisions for myself, I can only hope it gets easier and I stop being so impulsive. Sometimes I dream about getting on a bus just like she did and starting a new life for myself but would that even be any better ? I don't really know
