suplex24Haven't experienced this myself yet (hoping SRS will pull through) but have always found it very hot. The only problem is that I imagine it can be very uncomfortable or impossible if the partners' proportions are wrong, in a way that isnt true for most sex acts. Will report back when I have more hands on experience.
