Haven't experienced this myself yet (hoping SRS will pull through) but have always found it very hot. The only problem is that I imagine it can be very uncomfortable or impossible if the partners' proportions are wrong, in a way that isnt true for most sex acts. Will report back when I have more hands on experience.

Feels good to receive and is fun to perform but I wish it were less... gross. You know? Like cunnilingus and fellatio can be gross but they're gross in specifically sexual ways which makes it easier to ignore. Anilingus either requires a lot of prep time or else is very disgusting in a way I don't like. That does do it for some people obviously but I'm not really one of them.
