nerpaWhen I was about 8 or 9 I was convinced this was going to happen to me like for months on end I was just terrified that at any moment I would suddenly explode into a million pieces, it started because I heard about "exploding head syndrome" (which is a benign neurological condition) and took the name literally, I thought my head was just gonna explode, I kept myself up at night thinking about it and panicked whenever I got a headache.
