hermiea bit biased, as this is where i dream of spending my life, but holy fuck what a great idea. oh we built hospitals, but people need help that are far away... oh yeah let's make a really loud, really visible, really big car that can in emergency break a fuck ton of laws to get there asap. oh a lot of patients need help very quickly, so even the quickest ambulance ride can be detrimental... let's fill the car with tools and meds that at best can cure and at worst limit the injury so we can get the patient to the hospital where they need a specific machine/specialist/whatever. and man them with people who don't have as much training as doctors, but more than nurses, so they know just as much as they need since we need more and the benefit of all the theoretical would be wasted in a prehospital setting. and in norway they are free, so really perfect execution!
