birdmaskits kind of fucked up to have the disorder that affects your entire life and for its name to basically be like one symptom of it. we dont call depression "really bad at taking showers" disorder. why is this called adhd? also it has ruined my life. unrelated.

idk but if you have downer adhd you should take vyvanse that shit fixed me
i take focalin xr it usually makes me do stuff, but the damage is already done
