very simple cleaning, very simple usage, and no spills or leakage. probably the most practical way to make a good cup of coffee. mine has got a faulty gasket so i've got to get the gasket replaced. it has been with me in constant use for four years. so to just have that gone wrong, i mean it's quite impressive.

there's so much going on with this stuff it's sort of hard to list. I think just about anyone can find something they like about it. i've subtracted one star because when there's a lot in one place it can lead to things like drowning and flooding, which of course don't strike me as particularly great. if it stopped doing that i would give it five stars.
