augimore people need to hop on banh xeo as a vietnamese dish i love this stuff. its a rice pancake typically stuffed with beansprouts shrimp and pork and is paired with nuoc mam (fish sauce, basically) and it tastes wonderful. its crispy and savoury with just the right amount of saltiness from the nuoc mam. one of my favorite comfort foods genuinely and its a taste of home. whats not to love
