augiout of all the vietnamese dishes that have breached into pop food culture this is definitely the best one my mom makes such good pho i love it i love her i love my mom thank you pho for existing i need to learn how to make you one day... you have to like,,, simmer beef bones in broth for a day and stuff and theres more to the process but i dont know it off the top of my head but its so tasty
