StubesThe study of pedophilia as a mental disorder is interesting insofar it’s an antisocial urge one cannot choose to have. Still, it’s impossible to advocate for people who want to express instead of suppress their perverted urges. Maybe I’m too woke, but I think rehabilitation programs would be more helpful than incarceration, though I’m not exactly saying we should halt the latter. I see it as a mental issue before a criminal issue. Fuck pedophiles and fuck the people who try to normalize this.
