JINone of those works of art that makes you a little mad because everyone says it's the best thing ever, and you think to yourself "surely it's at least SOMEWHAT overrated", but it really is as good as everyone says it is. this was my first ever favorite "song" at the grand old age of 3, and the first song i'd taught myself on the piano by ear within the same year. the story of beethoven turning to see the crowd's applause makes me tear up every time. a triumph of the western canon. 5/5
