FluoraI had my ears pierced once. the piercer did an amazing job and they looked great, but then I learned I wouldn't be able to swim for the rest of the autumn while they healed. I sat with that for 20 hours, then pulled the studs out, let the holes heal, and jumped back into the lake. there's no trace left of them now, and I regret nothing. I guess I'm the wrong kind of mermaid for this.
