EmbleEobSo close to perfection save for the massive firmness range, and basically perfect if frozen to nullify that. I looove how they break apart in my mouth and the simultaneous sweet-and-tart flavour. Still have to take away half a star on account of having a batch last month in which half of the fruits tasted somewhat-to-mostly like some wretched thing that was not a raspberry. Scared me very badly. Thankfully a one-time occurrence.
