- Earless seal
giulia's latest · 2026-11-04★★★★★SO FAT AND GOOD
- Fish
giulia's latest · 2026-11-04★★★★★great for eating and can be so beautiful! An essential part of ecosystems and i love the fish that hang out in schools, it gives murmuration like are small fishes not the small birds of the sea? -0.5 stars because they can be a bit smelly and annoying to process for the aforementioned eating of them, if i had my way i'd only shave off 0.25 stars for that but alas no quarter measures
- Eel
giulia's latest · 2026-11-04★★★★their facial expression is hilarious. plus wdym we don't really know how they mate? we know, like, most things except for ghosts. maybe it's ghosts? anyway there are some morays with GORGEOUS colors and the ones for eating are lovely. so sad that western europe jellies them, the japanese got it right with the broiling and the sauce.
- American alligator
giulia's latest · 2026-11-04★★★★★honestly so fucking cute, especially in the photos they use on the wiki page... puppies of da swamp

Do you like cranes
honestly as far as long necked birds are concerned they're not my #1 fav but the demoiselle crane is soooo cute to me just little and pretty like a ballerina
@foamcastle yesss theyre so cute and elegant. I think regarding long birds, I love everyone in pelecaniformes
@sandhillcranefan absolutely pelecaniformes are def a good bunch of creatures
why did you not include sea lions and walruses? thats sorta messed up dude. you couldve just said pinniped
because earless seals are my favorite pinniped and as much as i appreciate the rest of the fam earless seals are really truly my #1 they have a certain sweetness and panache that tugs at my heartstrings. plus sea lions and walruses never made me weep upon seeing them and i gotta give earless seals their flowers for provoking that kinda feeling in me.
