I heard it does a person well to be vulnerable, and share themselves...I find it very difficult...I find it easy to grant people my "false self"... I am the type who adores when a room is bathed in warm light, but only if it is obscured for me. As to lay soundlessly on my bed, half concealed as the duvet has come to bunch and tangle up in one corner.
