best chinese dish ever. a delicacy, so difficult to hand-make. perfect soup melting in your mouth, love at first bite

when i tried it the first time in a dimsum restaurant it was so lifechanging. sadly i couldnt really eat it properly so the soup always leaks out when i pick it up
