If you’re a leftist you can appreciate Him for enacting the Napoleonic code, and inventing civil rights (don’t look too far overseas). If you’re right wing you can appreciate Him for rising to the occasion and answering the desperate cries he heard deep within his psyche coming from the children of a Future France.
