Ancient faps

A favourite as this drink is unbelievably ancient, but also because the etymology is the most far reaching I know of as an amateur. Relates to words in many languages for honey (latin: mel), bear (ru: медведь; 'honey-eater'), and bee (armenian: մեղու), & has travelled to some that aren't indo-european: 'mesi' in Estonian & 蜜 (mitsu) in Japenese for honey.. And our relationship to it is as ancient. we are reaching back to ourselves & to our old gods
