undeadhad an extreme phobia for most of my life, i’d pace around the house plugging my ears with my fingers or blasting music in headphones and while i do think a part of that anxiety will stick with me for the rest of my life, i've really grown into myself and finally found comfort in storms. i can’t quite describe it but i feel intrinsically connected to them, i think i was always meant to find something special in them no matter how long it took me to get there

i want to cry reading this, i feel the exact same. i had to go to therapy in elementary school because i physically couldn’t handle the thought of a storm looming if i saw even one grey cloud, but now they are one of my favorite things!
