tobyotterYOU GUYS calories are just a unit of energy... "The amount of heat needed to raise one milliliter of distilled water by one degree" is INFACT a really cool definition. It's obsolete these days (it's not an SI unit) (which is why 3 stars) but it's still very cool. Also. Food giving you energy is a good thing. Eating disorders are UNHEALTHY and we should GET THAT OUT OF HERE.
