Really scared of this happening to me or someone I know. It seems so random, right? It's like the poster child for "scary and sudden cause of death." I try to remind myself that none of us know the end, you know? But this one seems like a rough one. I can't imagine doing something totally mundane and solitary and this happens, like schlepping around Trader Joe's or whatever. There's not really anything you can do I guess. Nobody wants one of these, that's for sure.

When they're good and crispy and well-salted, they're the best thing to eat. Hands down. I prefer ketchup or ranch, though a side of aioli is popular right now. When they're bad, they're pretty disappointing but still decent. Pretty hard to have a bad french fry. I don't love the thick cut ones--I vastly prefer shoestring or waffle or just the classic thin fry. Don't forget a napkin--this finger food favorite will leave a greasy film!

Probably the best public library I've ever been to, and a spacious beach to boot. Criminally expensive place to live and very right-wing, though. So it's sort of fifty-fifty for me.

I love a paper newspaper. It's the perfect ad hoc way to protect from rain or sit on damp grass at the park. It looks and feels amazing to carry around and read. It's the perfect accessory for hiding or disguises. Half a point detracted for potential biases.
