These are hit or miss. For some users they are a slippery slope into debt. For others they provide great benefits. Sadly the benefits come at the expense of the debt so it can be a slight ethical quandary. I grew up in this state and it's a pretty awesome place to grow up. The schools are very good and there's a lot of beautiful places to visit. The beach is actually okay as well. It's a bit quirky but that just endears it to me more. I have no desire to move back though now that I'm an adult. Seems like a great place to raise a family though.
