some are true but most are not. and often the guys who believe in the true stuff also believe in the fake stuff. so it's hard to separate the wheat from the chaff. overall only recommended if you can retain some grasp in the 'real' world otherwise you start thinking that nothing has happened without a boardroom meeting in the equation
