guns are important for self defense, and i will personally be taking responsibility for one, but i find that we severely overestimate the mental states of ourselves & others. we also misjudge on many accounts. that makes guns a precarious subject and the perpetrating object of extremist intent. i.e. the u.s.a.'s school shooting problem. the minute we can get bulletproof skin, i'm signing up.
