What made Breakcore the SHIT back in 2001 was a need to constantly refresh itself by escaping genre definitions and pushing its own boundaries constantly. These days every nation has a whole gang of retarded script kiddies running around the whole world replicating each other and pushing the splatterbreaks aesthetic, but not pushing it anywhere interesting, merely restating what has been said time and time again.
