dessi agree with his war-time rule, but before/after that he was actively detrimental to the soviet union imo, removing all progressive laws for almost no reason besides "pleaseeee fuck more and make babies because that's what marx and lenin wantedddd" he's overhated, but i'm not a fan, personally.
