conundrum

you are so loved by me

“Against you I will fling myself, unvanquished and unyielding, O Death”

she is gone forever

at the end of the day i will return this body to you and i hope your arms are open

i know you understand the distinction between this and noise music, which actually i am quite fond of. some days my sensitivity to sound presses against my nerves like thorns

i figured you out, i never figured you out. you may take everything away from me but it is the only thing that can salvage my life

i wept at a video of people playing music and singing to anything by adrianne lenker, a video of strangers dancing freely to sweet disposition by the temper trap with so much visible joy in the heart of the city, a video of a friend group dancing and celebrating christmas to snoopy jazz music, and i felt so, incredibly warm. i long for community, but community is complex, human beings are complex

the best human invention

i will keep living again and again to feel this

material impermanence reminder

capable of harm if you are unfortunate

brilliance

holy

bodily petal, bodily veil so precious it capables of having an intimate relationship with time. a curtain though so delicate, thin hush of flesh as the first guardian i ever knew, my little armor. i reside in its shelter that speaks as one of my favourite body languages
