daylight standard time nerfs it horribly. imagine if the sun set just one hour later. it would be 4 stars easily. it's fun to have a nesting season. there's no pressure to do anything at all except survive and couchrot. snow is pretty until it isn't. it's fun to be the only person walking around your neighborhood

depends where you live! if you live close to the equator it's actual hell on earth 1 star. but in new england it's pretty reasonable. not a fan of heat but i love the late sunsets and a warm breeze at night and how lively everything is. you can even go to the beach

the first half is horribly ugly but it barely matters because the sidewalks aren't icy and you can take a full breath for the first time in months. then the cherry blossoms start coming in and you feel like you can do anything
