they scared me quite badly as a kid, and even as an adult, i'm perturbed when they're too tall. i also don't like yelling at kids for walking backwards on them, but it's part of my job
11/4/2026i associate them with a sad, quiet death. hard to believe that something like this once roamed an entire continent, just to shrink themselves onto an island, then disappear forever....
11/4/2026they make me a coward!!!!!!!! i love insects and arachnids of all kinds EXCEPT for the foul daddy long legs. if they did not cluster like that we could be fine with each other
11/4/2026great poet and modern thinker. as so many other 19th century essayists are dismissed by contemporary academia as outmoded, i feel compelled by baudelaire's persistence; everyone in my classes had been made to read the painter of modern life
11/4/2026difficult for me to make sense of such an unusual animal—i don't know how to imagine what it feels like to create limestone from my body or photosynthesize from algae in my tissue. i like them, but their fragility makes me anxious
11/4/2026really cute step on the way to the modern whale. the completely useless hind limbs are adorable, and i'm a sucker for a deceptively reptilian snout—wish more modern whales had this shape
11/4/2026the day they invent a quicker and easier way to make these is the day of human emancipation
11/4/2026in a perfect world this would be served in every restaurant
11/4/2026distressing in the way it can be so unassuming. what looks like a few drops can be indicative of greater damage that displaces you for over a week... do not recommend!
11/4/2026wonderful bird! i'd love to see a live one someday. i enjoy the worm charming dance they do
11/4/2026incredible animal that looks ripped straight from a cartoon. the yellow-on-black is so striking
11/4/2026a bit overrated in terms of extinct animals AND sharks, but i get why it's evergreen. gotta give the biggest fish of all time some props
11/4/2026very enjoyable but can be too loud
11/4/2026fantastic word game that resolves the few issues associated with scrabble. it's fast-paced, works great with a wide number of players, and rewards both short, conventional words and longer, more creative ones
11/4/2026great game but suffers from a few glaring issues. first, it rewards a few short, gimmicky words with high-scoring letters over longer/less conventional words. second, if you play with four people, it can be really slow. i still enjoy it though
11/4/2026ew ew ew ew ew oh my god no
11/4/2026i have wasted so much of my life reading these, and i often return to the same ones over and over. still... i just can't get enough!
11/4/2026even as a kid they made me deeply uncomfortable, and i found myself often having to fake laughter. i do have a soft spot for "Spencer Launches a Bagel into Griffin's Rectum"
11/4/2026used to love shopping here at least once a week, but ever since gluten-free has fallen out of favor and been replaced by protein-rich, i don't find many substantial meals and have stopped going entirely. they had one of the best grab-and-go cauliflower crust pizzas... veggie with no olive!!!!
11/4/2026my feelings are complicated. i went most of my life enjoying it very much, but seemingly overnight it began to cause disruptive problems. i wish science could invent a way to help my body tolerate it
11/4/2026can be cute and is the most reliable sort of bag i've found, though i usually carry the smaller "sling" bag. one critique i have is that if the contents of the bag are heavy enough, they can make my shoulder a bit sore over time
11/4/2026easily the best dinosaur. i love that our knowledge of it is constantly evolving—first they think it's a bird, then they don't... now they're saying they know the color of its feathers!
11/4/2026bad game that is both unfun to play and visually uninspired. it's sad to see valve go from making a game as aesthetically cohesive as tf2 to pushing out characters like violet and redesigning some of the only standouts like yamato to look better for sfm porn
11/4/2026 · 2 commentsirresistible allure to these objects. to me they are unbelievably cute, and i would like to own very many of them
11/4/2026it's fun, affordable, and instills within me a sense of autonomy. i feel privileged to live in a place where the infrastructure is in place to support this and get me everywhere i need to go
11/4/2026comforting, grounding. if only it could last longer
11/4/2026nature's candy
11/4/2026one of my all-time favorite drinks, but because i like it sweet, it isn't good for me. minus half a star
11/4/2026just absolutely terrifying. i live in fear of this despite the near-zero chance of it ever affecting me
11/4/2026just way too scary and ugly too
11/4/2026greatest species of bird out there! and maybe the best overall animal...?
11/4/2026they are cute, but i don't think servals should be pets and think demand for these cats encourages people to irresponsibly keep and breed them :(
11/4/2026some of the cutest cats out there. shoutout to dilute tabico!
11/4/2026only four stars because i'm upset that "yuca fries" redirects here. i love yuca fries and think they deserve their own article
