avaricethis series is a love letter to women. i genuinely cannot recommend it enough like. oh my god. so deeply beautiful. maomao is deeply charming in her awkwardness and jinshi is also someone you become fond of later in the story (if not immediately). the way women’s struggles are portrayed does not debase but instead honors them and i am. so grateful for it. Apothecary Diaries you are the series of all time to me.
