appleaaaand everything leads to fibonacci’s sequence. Idk why I’m so drawn to this very thing because I think it, in a way, works like a window to human life. often we feel like we are trapped in a loop, thinking we are just running in circles and recurring in the same place. BUT, actually, like a spiral, we aren't actually stuck in a closed ring but instead we are expanding outward, gaining ground, and moving forward with every turn because every time we come back around, we are actually one layer further out, we are growing every time. HOWEVER spiraling, as in experiencing emotional turbulence is pretty terrifying cause one negative thought oftentimes triggers another worried thought to arise but then again we spiral because our brains are wired to over-prepare for the worst-case scenario which results in us to mistake our own thoughts for current reality… even when we know that thoughts aren't prophecies
