it builds community. i live for the unbeatable feeling of being forced inside to bond with people over circumstances beyond your control. or maybe you're brave and you go out in it anyways. and then maybe you share your umbrella with someone. or you splash in a puddle. or you go home all wet and miserable but then you get to take the coziest, warmest shower of your life. it's just so good. 10/10
