@glosseantics laphet is the best but everytime i make it it comes out just okay ;; my grandpa makes a rlly good kachin curry i hope i can get the recipe from him!! if i can ill send it2u or publish it somewhere

Oh and Lahpet. Can't forget the lahpet. In Myanmar I was mostly eating prepackaged veg mapo rations ppl got in china but with a lot of lahpet mixed in
