YesJoeyHahahaA gift from nature, and especially the taste of a fresh, ripe mango, will send my taste buds into a flash of dance and ecstasy. One may argue that opening a mango and getting to its sweet and supple flesh is a way too messy ordeal, but in my humble opinion, that work leads to an even greater appreciation of the fruit. Enjoying small pieces while the whole kitchen is covered in its sweet and sticky juices... Not only in its fruit form is the mango enjoyable, but once transformed into a sorbet, nature and human creativity meet in a marriage and create one of the tastiest treats known to man!
