it's horrible because I'm not paranoid despite what my psychiatrist tells me, "Oh I think we should admit you to a mental hospital because you're showing signs of schizophrenia." And I say, "what do you mean?" And they start blabbering about things that don't even matter! I'm not paranoid at ALL I'm mentally stable, why would anyone think otherwise??

keeps me from thinking about my miserable life but also makes me think harder about my life. I find solace in knowing that I will one day be freed from these thoughts and be okay. And I have the same hopes for everyone going through such issues.

Better than antidepressants, and it often leads me to the realization that life is truly worth living. In the end the cheese is gone, and I'm left with the gnawing feeling of guilt and anger within my own soul.
