The best thing I have ever felt and will ever feel. Nothing comes close. I would endure heartbreak over and over again if it meant I could feel a love for someone again that somehow felt particular yet universal and immutable. I want to stand on a shield of love again and again. I don’t think I’ve found anything quite as beautiful as love. I do wish it weren’t also terrifying and sometimes very painful, but I won’t take points away for that.
