Cools food down faster than not blowing on it, but not very effectively. I always burn my mouth anyway. I admit this is a “me” problem, and sufficient blowing + patience would prevent it, but I am imperfect. So is blowing on hot food. Three stars. –hogslinger

Provided a wider variety of content in automobiles before unlimited mobile data-enabled phones became ubiquitous. Unfortunately, station discovery was poor and many stations were of middling quality or, worse, led to the radicalization of commuters and other vehicle-dwelling persons.
