YouTube

YouTube is one of the greatest applications ever. We can watch all kinds of videos for free. It is full of interesting people who upload videos about things they are passionate about, sharing their interests with others who enjoy the same topics, all for free. What’s fascinating is that even videos uploaded ten years ago can suddenly resurface and appear on people’s feeds out of nowhere.

Walking
Walking

I love it but I'm someone who tends to drag my feet, walk slowly, and get foot pain easily. I've been told to change the way I walk ever since I was a child. I have a habit of dragging my feet, walking on my tiptoes, and sometimes even hopping around. I just can't seem to break these habits, even though I really want to.

Heart
Heart

The heart is one of the most important organs in every living creature. I absolutely love the sound of a heartbeat. Sometimes, when I can't fall asleep, I listen to my own pulse through my wrist, or I play heartbeat recordings on YouTube. I even own a stethoscope just so I can listen to my own heartbeat. I'm not exactly in the best physical condition, and my heart tends to beat quite fast. Sometimes, it beats so forcefully that it feels like it's about to jump out of my chest. It's even more noticeable when I'm exhausted after exercising. My heartbeat becomes much stronger, almost as if my heart is actually going to burst out of my chest. I really love listening to heartbeats. I even like imagining what it would feel like to listen to the heartbeat of someone I love, with my ear Resting against their chest. Not long ago, I came across a video of a heart beating outside the human body. Even though it was no longer inside the body, it was still beating. I watched that video over and over again. The heart kept beating in the same steady rhythm, over and over. I was absolutely fascinated by it. I just couldn't stop watching. I think the heart never lies. It beats faster when we're excited, even when we try to act calm and pretend we don't care. We might be able to control our expressions and hide our feelings, but our hearts tell a different story. They keep beating, revealing what we truly feel. I love the human heart.

Blood
Blood

Earlier this year, I had my first blood draw, and it was such an exciting experience, probably because it was my first time. When the needle went in, I felt nervous and my heart started beating a little faster. I kept looking away and could barely bring myself to look at the arm they were drawing blood from !!!!!!! It was over in just a few seconds. My arm had a bruise for several days afterward, but honestly, it was an experience I’d love to have again. Next time, I want to be brave enough to actually watch my own blood being drawn and flowing through the tube.

The spine is one of the most fascinating structures in the human body. It does much more than simply support our body and keep us upright; it is connected to several important organs and systems. Starting with the head, the cervical spine supports the skull and allows us to rotate, bend, and move our neck. The arms and hands are also connected to the spinal cord through nerves, which carry signals between the brain and the muscles. Moving down to the chest, the thoracic spine connects to the ribs, forming the structure of the rib cage and helping protect vital organs such as the heart and lungs. The sacrum connects the spine to the pelvis, helping support the body's weight. Meanwhile, the legs are connected to the spinal cord through nerves that transmit signals to control muscle movement. But here's another fascinating fact: bones contain bone marrow, which produces different types of blood cells, including red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. This is why a bone marrow transplant can help restore the body's ability to produce healthy blood cells. The human spine is honestly an incredible piece of biological engineering.
