Re: Dyson Cool Pure Air Purifier. Recommended to me by a family friend, got it for cheap before it started getting really warm and you know what... it works alarmingly well. I got this thing set to 2 (out of a maximum 10) and it's making a humid 35°C+ feel comfortable. I'm certainly no fan of Dyson as a company (I find their vacuum cleaners unergonomic but effective in the cordless space), but I can strongly suggest one of those bladeless fans if you're in need of a solution for a single room that gets uncomfortably hot in the summer.

Highly inconvenient, yet also really damn important. If we could go without it, that'd be nice, but in the meantime I get really freaked out when I'm reminded of it since I have to do it manually. Womp, womp.
