Cereal grains ranked

Including some pseudocereals (quinoa, buckwheat). Haven't tried enough for an opinion: spelt, emmer, einkorn, fonio, sorghum, teff, Tartary buckwheat, other amaranths, "sea rice" from eelgrass. Job's tears is a bit unfair, the only time I had it was in a Chinese sugary porridge that I bought from a can once because of the strange name. It was awful. Wikipedia lists chia as a pseudo-cereal, but to me it doesn't have that cereal spirit. Might as well include legumes if you're going there imo
